Italienske fristelser

pastapasta-as-hjemmelaget-italiensk-mat

Påmelding: reisekveld@nomaden.no

«An invitation to a succulent taste of my Italia!

Since I first landed on Norwegian soil in 2011, I have enthusiastically shared the beauty and fragrance of Italian culture, language, food, art, architecture – with the Norwegians – through giving courses in Nomaden.
My students are great, and I am indeed touched by their keen interest in my boot-formed, often chaotic country.

My Sicilian mother was a great cook! I sincerely believe she could have gained Michelin stars if she had had the opportunity. As a Sicilian housewife, she never had the possibility. But, she wrote all her precious dishes in a neat, handwritten notebook. I am the lucky owner of that treasure, and would very much like to invite you to a cooking class in the honor of my dear mama’s secrets.

I have rented a cozy, intimate kitchen in Grunerløkka. In fact, just the right setting for a group of 8 people.
We will cook a 2-dinner course, that brings the sun into the darkness of November.

Benvenuti!»
