Friday and Saturday – June 21st and 22nd 2013 Two days Watercolor Landscape Workshop

Time is spent partially indoor, in the studio, and mostly outdoor, painting in the park: the location will be different each time.

The first day is spent in the studio for an introduction on the basic watercolor techniques and advice about how to paint a few simple elements such as sky, clouds, trees, hills. We’ll experiment with creating a sense of depth in the landscape, mixing colors to create different layers and learn how to semplify any buildings you may want to include in your picture.

The second day we’ll go further on putting all this notions into practice, painting in the park. You are responsible for your materials.

NOTE: If the second day the weather is not good enough to paint en plein air the course will be hold in the studio as the first day.
