Prolific producer, show stopping DJ, national TV personality; whichever words you use to describe the eccentric Swedish luminary that is Albin Myers, there can be no denying the fact that he is one of the fastest rising, most promising stars of the electronic music world. Having remixed tracks for the likes of David Guetta (When Love Takes Over), Avicii (Fade Into Darkeness), The Foo Fighters (Times Like These), Erick Morillo (Life goes on) and John Dahlback (Hustle Up) – as well as Swedish popstars The Attic and September earlier in his career – Albin has also released his own original productions on some of the most esteemed labels on the EDM circuit. His 2012 track The Beast was released on Tiesto’s Musical Freedom imprint to critical acclaim, whilst arguably his biggest track to date – Hell’s Bells – was snapped up by Steve Aoki for release on the legendary Dim Mak.
When he’s not locked away producing his next masterpiece, the other half of the multi-faceted Swede can be found performing on some of the most prestigious platforms on the planet. From Summerburst and Tomorrowland, to Sunburn India and Ushuaia, Ibiza, Albin Myers is clearly a man in seriously high demand around the globe. Add to this his star-studded lead role in the Swedish documentary TV series Heartbeats and you’ll begin to realise that he’s got the whole package! Next up, his brand new collaboration with F.O.O.L – The Bastards Have Landed –– is just around the corner, with a whole host of exciting new material in store for 2013.
